Making Cloth Creatures and Dolls 

Join Pollock's Toy Museum Curator and Morley Textiles Tutor Debby Brown, for a hands-on inspirational study of cloth creatures and dolls from the museum collection. Then create your own unique small textile figure from a choice of specially adapted basic pattern shapes.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Discover a variety of ways to create forms from flat fabric

• Learn how to adapt ideas from photographing and drawing items from the museum to create shapes, hair and features

• Stitching and stuffing techniques

• Making clothes and accessories for your creatures and dolls
