Here we share everything you need to know about the shipping and delivery of your online orders!

Please take note of the last posting dates below. Any orders made after this date may not be sent out before Christmas!

General Rules of Thumb
As we are a small team we tend to package and send out deliveries on Mondays and Wednesdays  (and Fridays in the lead up to Xmas) only. Read below for delivery times to different parts of the world as outlined by the Royal Mail. Our prices are based on the size and weight of the items.

We package our products in recycled packaging where possible so most items arrive in simple brown boxes (which may have text from other deliveries on it) and brown paper stamped with the Pollock's harlequin logo!

We try and keep our postage and packaging prices to a minimum but international postage does seem to be very expensive. If you have a question about the price of postage please do contact us on  
020 7636 3452.

Delivery to the UK
We deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We send packages "Royal Mail 2nd Class" which should take 3-5 working days once posted. If you add on our packaging time, please leave  up to 7 days for delivery.

Delivery to Europe
We deliver to mainland Europe. We send packages "International Standard" which should take up to 5 working days once posted. If you add our packaging times, please leave up to 10 days for delivery. Please note we cannot take responsibility for any delays caused by Customs. Orders sent to Europe may be subject to local customs charges, for which the customer is liable 

Delivery to rest of the world
We deliver to the rest of the world using "International Tracked" which should take up to 7 days once posted. If you add our packaging times, please leave at least 14 days for delivery. Please note we cannot take responsibility for any delays caused by Customs. Orders sent internationally may be subject to local customs charges, for which the customer is liable 

Returns
If you purchase an item and you’re not completely happy with it, you are welcome to return it to us (at your expense) and providing it arrives back safely, and in the exact condition it was sent, we’ll give you a full refund. You have seven working days from the day after you receive your goods to notify us if you’d like to return anything. If an item arrives damaged please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
