Aimed predominantly at Year 1 pupils we are delighted to share the history of toys through our outreach with schools. If you would like us to deliver a session for a different age group please contact us to discuss your requirements.

We will soon be offering visits for schools to the Croydon Pop Up. More information will be available soon.

Option 1: Pollock’s Toy Museum comes to your School

(Aimed at Year 1 and above – 45 mins per session – London only)

Workshop leader visits your school with a range of toys (that are relevant to your studies) for pupils to handle and discuss plus a talk where we look at when the toys where made, how they are different from todays toys, what different materials where used and what the toys can tell us about the children who played with them in the past. ​

The cost for the workshops is (£240) we can deliver up to 4 workshops (we offer this to accommodate larger forms and expect smaller forms to be fewer workshops. The fee is fixed.) depending on the number of forms at your school.

Option 2: Virtual Workshop on Zoom

( Aimed at Year 1 and above )

Same as above but the cost (£100) covers two 45min sessions on Zoom with presentation
