No need to book tickets online in advance, just walk ups to visit the museum. We are operating timed entry. Your time slot is for when you can enter. Once in the Museum we invite you to view the collection at your leisure. We look forward to seeing you.
Our Toy Shop if free to enter and is fully stocked; the perfect place to find stocking fillers!

Thursday, Friday and Saturday entry starts at 12.00. No booking necessary, just walk up on the day. Visitors will be admitted at intervals to allow for social distancing. The Toy Shop is free to enter.

Join us for a guided tour of the Pollock's Toy Museum Collection on Fridays at 12pm and 4pm. Our guides will take you on a journey through the Museum's collection. Learn about the Museum's many treasured objects and discover the stories behind our displays, buildings and founders.

We have a shop at the museum which you can enter for free without going around the Museum. We sell Toy Theaters, wooden and tin toys, soft animals and many more playful treasures.
